Share order details
You decide how orders reach us. The lowest-friction option is a daily order export or shared sheet — simple columns: order ID, marketplace, ship-to address, package weight/dimensions, ship-by date. If you'd rather, we can pull from a portal you grant scoped access to.
We generate the shipping labels
Our team produces print-ready shipping labels using competitive carrier rates — picking the best service/cost trade-off for each shipment based on size, weight, destination, and ship-by deadline. Labels come back in the format your warehouse prints (PDF or ZPL).
You pack and ship from your warehouse
Your warehouse team continues to pick, pack, and hand off to the carrier exactly as it does today. The only change is that the labels arriving in your print queue came from us — at a discounted carrier rate.
Tracking returned (and optionally pushed)
We return tracking numbers to you mapped order-by-order. If you've granted scoped marketplace/store backend access, we'll also push the tracking directly into Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or wherever the order came from — so your handling-time metrics stay clean and customers get notified on schedule.
